
For over 20 years , founder, has been engaged in several endeavors for organizations collectively focused on technology, alternative energy, biotechnology, pharmaceutical development, communications and scientific commercialization.
In the corporate realm she established, and operated as CEO, a corporation for the recruitment of managerial personnel, scientists, and engineers in the high technology, biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. At the multidisciplinary, managerial-driven level of organization she was instrumental in the initiation of numerous start-up ventures. She has been an invited speaker and organizer of seminars and workshops at industrial trade shows in the field of professional development and the individual’s role on the impact of biotechnology on real-world problems. She is a founding member of Hire and Hire, Inc. and is currently a Managing Partner and Director of the parent corporation, OzzySurvivor Inc. She also serves on the board of the MexicoSkateProject a 501c3 dedicated to building recreational centers for underprivileged youth in Mexico and Central America.
In the arts, her personal efforts have included the founding of an international art gallery, the launching of an art Restoration and Preservation Workshop in Guanajuato, Mexico, and the organization and establishment of a grass roots collective art studio in Hillsborough, North Carolina. On a personal level she is a continuing visual artist with invitational presentations and an award winner in juried art exhibitions.
She was awarded a scholarship at the North Carolina School of the Arts to study visual arts. She continued her education at the California College of the Arts, the Instituto Allende and the Universidad de Guanajuato. She was awarded a BA at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Her undergraduate major was in fine arts and printmaking. She was admitted to the Graduate Program in Social Work before relocating back to California.
In the San Francisco Bay Area she worked for several large staffing organizations before moving to Southern California where her family pursued their entertainment careers. Her career in talent acquisition has involved working with large organizations and satisfied clients such as Amgen, Genentech, Oracle Corporation and Network Appliance and building successful companies such as Vicinity, LV Sensors, Titan, Mediware and numerous others.
She now resides in Northern California with her husband and two hairy poodle-children, Abigail and Herb. She has written for Sierra Club and continues to pursue her passions; water conservation, ecology and alternative energy technology.
Account Manager

Zoe Lusth, Account Manager is responsible for the business development and account management of our select group of clients. She is an alumnus of California Polytechnic University in San Luis Obispo where she graduated with a 3.5 GPA and a BS in Biochemistry. She was an accomplished researcher for two years working on various projects in organic and physical chemistry such as developing a Hammett plot for the dehydration of 1-Aryl- ethanol. While she attended college she also worked with patients in late stages of Alzheimer's disease and as a teacher's assistant. In addition to her interest in chemistry and research Zoe is a talented singer and songwriter on the ukulele and an accomplished mixed media artist. Zoe enjoys helping others achieve their potential and her volunteer efforts have been with elementary school children on science fair projects. She has also been a member of Big Brother Big Sister since 2009. Zoe enjoys meeting and assisting new clients, traveling and the French culture and language.
