"The start of my personal experience with SWA was a voicemail from Vesna. Her message struck me as very professional and the way she described the position she was trying to fill enticed me to call her back. The conversations following the initial contact were very professional, yet amicable and within about 8 working days after the first contact I had my interview with the company, the people that were lined up to interview me were part of the company's top management, including the CEO. The match between my skillset and the company's needs was incredible and within a week after the first (and only) interview I was given a verbal offer, to be followed by a written offer one day later. One last remark about the level of partnership I felt was the fact that every time I called the SWA office, I got Vesna or Gina on the phone right away, or I got a call back really soon after leaving a message. All-in-all, the experience I had working with SWA was very refreshing, professional, yet personal, and most important to me: efficient.
